摘要
给出了全距置换的2条性质及一种构造方法,指出了文献[1]中的全距置换的构造方法不是有效的,以及文献[2]中的一个错误结论.
This paper gives two properties of quick trickle permutation , presents a method of construction. points that the construction of quick trickle in document[1] is inefficient, and indicates a wrong conclusion in document[2].
