Factors Affecting the Changes in Ethnic Relations

在任何国家或地区的族群关系演变过程中,其演变的方向、速度以及表现出来的这一变迁的特征,无不受到内部、外部以及政治、经济、文化、宗教、人口、资源等各种因素的影响.当我们试图分析一个国家或地区族群关系的变迁时,应当如何把各种复杂的影响因素理出一个头绪?如何根据当地发展历史与实际社会状况归纳出一个分析这些因素的理论框架?在这样的努力中,我们有什么已有的文献可供参考?根据国内外有关的理论探讨与经验研究的文献,本文试图对以上问题进行探讨.

The direction and speed of changes in ethnic relations in any nations or regions are always affected by many internal and external factors, as well as by political, economic, cultural, religious, population, and resourec factors. When we try to understand and analyze such changes in ethnic relations, a theoretic framework covering all those factors is very helprul In doing so. we need to refer to the relevant literature in China and other countries. This article tries to review the relevant literature and provide some insights in building such a framework.
