摘要
通过回顾已有的研究文献 ,对体面就业和就业质量作了定性分析 ;利用相关的调查数据 ,从多个维度对我国男女职工的就业质量作了定量比较 ,得出了女性职工的就业质量低于男性的结论。就业质量的这种差异是由男女教育程度的差别、社会性别观念的影响、劳动力市场中的性别歧视等多种因素引起的。要改变这种局面 ,需要个人和国家的共同努力。国家应该采取积极的劳动力市场政策 ,在保证效率的前提下 。
The issues of decent work and employment quality are discussed in this paper.Frist,the concepts of decent work and employment quality are explored,then the differences of employment quality between men and women in china are analyzed.It turns out that the employment quality of women is worse than the men's,and several factors result in these differences.To reduce this difference need the effort of both individuals and government.
