摘要
在ZS-Ⅲ型合成固体润滑表面的设备上,采用硫蒸气辉光放电,可在钢铁零件上合成0.12m的FeS表面。FeS表面的摩擦系数是青铜的33~67%,耐磨性提高2~4位。应用于众多的钢铁零件上,能改善润滑性、耐磨性,并能提高机械效率。
By the glow discharge of sulphur vapour, a depth of 0.12mm FeS layer ca(?) be formed on the surface of steel or iron parts. The friction coeficient of this layer is 33~67% of that of bronze. and the wear resistance can be increased to 2~4 times. It can improve the lubricating behaviour, wear resistance and increase the mechanical e(?)fic(?)e(?)y for a lot of iron and steel parts.
