摘要 本文阐述建立数字化参考咨询服务质量评价指标体系的必要性,并建立其层次结构模型,对各质量评价指标进行解析。 The paper discusses the necessity of setting up a quality evaluation target system for digital reference service and builds models for the framework explaining all the quality evaluation targets in the system.
