以P2O5与不同的ROH合成了同醇磷酸二酯、异醇磷酸二酯和磷酸一酯,再以KOH溶液中和,得到了13种磷酸酯盐。将它们作为改性剂,分别与三乙醇胺、三乙酸胺、乙二胺四乙酸3种助剂以不同用量比配合,用于超微细CaCO3粉体的表面改性。结果表明,磷酸二酯盐对CaCO3粉体的表面改性效果优于磷酸一酯盐的,尤以含有醚链的AEO 7和C4H9OC2H4OH的组合最好。改性剂和助剂最佳用量下得到的CaCO3粒径[d(0.5),数量分布]<0.100μm。
Thirteen kinds of phosphate modifiers are prepared by esterification of P-2O-5 with different ROH and neutra-lization with KOH solution and are blended with some agents in different ratio to improve the surface properties of super-fine CaCO-3.It is manifested in experiments that the modifier phosphodiester is superior to phosphomonoester,and the phosphodiester containing ether chain (AEO-7) and C-4H-9OC-2H-4OH are the best match in surface modification of CaCO-3.The particle of CaCO-3 with grain size d(0.5)<0.1μm could be obtained with proper application of the phospate modifiers and agents in optimum ratio.
