摘要
针对Ti 6Al 3Nb 2Zr 0.8Mo合金及其配套焊接材料,通过大量的试验研究,对其焊接工艺性能、焊接接头的抗裂性能、常规力学、断裂力学、应力腐蚀性能等进行了评价。结果表明:Ti 6Al 3Nb 2Zr 0.8Mo合金焊接性能优良,是一种优良的船用结构钛合金。
The weldability of a new titanium alloy Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-0.8Mo is evaluated through a series of tests including cracking test,mechanical property test and stress corrosion test.The results indicate that the alloy is good in weldability and satisfactory as a kind of ship material.
