摘要
通过焊接试验 ,借助金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜 ,对服役炉管焊接接头开裂原因及影响因素进行了分析研究。焊接裂纹在热影响区垂直于焊缝横向启裂 ,平行于焊缝纵向扩展 ,具有沿晶特征。炉管母材晶界渗碳氧化是裂纹开裂的内在因素 ,组织沿晶损伤及孔洞形成是其微观现象 。
