摘要
介绍了超强碱试剂的组成、结构、种类及其在金属化反应中的作用机理 ,综述了近 30年来超强碱试剂在各类有机合成反应中的应用。
The component,structure and category of superbase reagent and its mechanism in metallation reaction were introduced in this paper,its applications in organic synthesis of recent thirty years were also reviewed.
