摘要
用甲醇低温裂解气+氮气制备成成分相当于吸热式的气氛,再加氨气,进行风冷发动机七种零件的软氮化处理。结果表明,处理后零件的各项性能均达到了西德道依茨公司标准(KHD标准),为软氮化工艺提供了新的气源,该气源并可用于碳氮共渗。
Using low-temperature dissociated methanol and commercial nitrogen prepared an atmosphere which equals to an endothermic gas, then added in ammonia to run gas nitrocarburizing for seven parts of air-cooling diesel engine. The results show that the quality of nitrocarburized parts can meet the specifications of KHD company, west Germany, thus provides a new gas source for gas nitrocarburizing process and it is also suitable for carbonitriding process.
