左旋卡尼汀治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical investigation of using L-Carnitine in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

目的 研究左旋卡尼汀对慢性充血性心力衰竭急性期的治疗作用。方法 选择慢性充血性心力衰竭病人 76例 ,随机分为常规治疗的 A组 (n=38)和在常规治疗基础上加用左旋卡尼汀的 B组 (n=38) ,分别比较两组病人治疗前后及两组间治疗后心功能变化情况。结果 两组病人治疗前后心功能变化均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,同时治疗后 B组较 A组的心功能变化亦有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。

Objectives To study the effect of L-Carnitine on chronic congestive heart failure in acute phase. Methods 76 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups: group A with conventional treatment; group B with conventional treatment plus L-Carnitine. Changes of heart function in two groups before and after treatment, and those between the two groups after treatment were observed. Results there was significant difference in heart function changes in two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05), and there was also significant difference in heart function changes between group A and B after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion L-Carnitine has therapeutic effect on chronic congestive heart failure in acute phase.
