摘要
本文研究了中温气体碳氮共渗表面层碳氮浓度对齿轮显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着表面层碳氮浓度增高,齿顶角易产生大块状、聚集状、网状、壳状碳氮化合物及黑色组织,严重削弱了齿轮的性能。而采用低浓度碳氮共渗(0.80~0.95%C、0.15~0.20%N)可有效地防止各种组织缺陷,缩短共渗时间,节约能源。
In this paper, the influence of various carbonitridlng techniques with different surfacce layer concentrations of C and N on the structureand property of a gear was studied. The results show that with the increase in the concentration of C and N, the massive, gathering, network and shell carbonitrides at the top angle of the gear tooth will be formed and thus the mechanical property of the gear will be reduced.
By reducing the concentration, i. e. 0.80~0.95% C, 0.15~0.20% N, in the carbonitridisg process, above defects can be prevented and the carbonitriding time is reduced, so that the energy is saved.
