The paper tells the differences between motive powers and dynamics in terms of logic, researching prospective point of view and content. It agrees that the motive powers of social development come from the input of material, energy and information from the outside world. At last it points out that the relations between productive forces and production relations, economic basis and the superstructure should be classified in dynamics rather than the motive powers of social development.
