生产决定分配,分配反作用于生产。个人收入分配制度改革贯穿我国经济体制改革的全过程,是完善社会主义经济制度的重要内容。党的十六大突破性地提出了社会主义初级阶段个人收入分配原则,以这一原则为指导,深化分配制度改革,对正确认识和处理收入分配理论上、实践上的新问题、新矛盾十分重要。全面贯彻这一分配原则必须进一步明确收入分配中的几个关系。

The reformation on the individual income distribution system is running through the total process of our country economic system's reformation,it is the important content to improve the socialist economic system. The CPC 16th Congress puts forward the individual income distribution principle in the socialist primary stage. Guided by the principle, to deepen the distribution system's reformation is important to recognize and handle the theoretical and practical problems in the individual income distribution.
