摘要
在共焦显微系统中引入圆环光瞳将影响系统的成像特性,就轴向分辨率及杂散光的抑制两方面进行了分析,并给出了初步实验结果.
Using an annular pupil in the confocal microscope affects the imaging properties.This paper analyses the effect on anxial resolution and stray light.Some preliminary experimental results are given.
