45钢稀土氮碳硼共渗层的摩擦学性能研究

摘要 采用AMSLER型磨损试验机,在油润滑条件下,对经稀土氮碳硼和氮碳硼共渗的45钢进行滑动磨损试验,研究了渗层的组织结构及硬度对45钢耐磨性的影响,并探讨了共渗层的磨损机制.结果表明,45钢稀土氮碳硼共渗处理后抗磨性能提高3~4倍,摩擦系数减小近2倍;共渗层硬而脆的特点使其在摩擦接触应力的作用下发生塑性变形破坏. With petroleum as lubricant,the wear tests were performed for 45 steels subjected to RE-N-C-B and N-C-B penetration using the AMSLER wear tester.Influence of microstructure and hardness of the penetration layers on wear resistance of 45 steel was studied.The corresponding wear mechanism was discussed for different penetration layers.The results indicate:after the pentration disposal of 45 steel Rare Ealth-Nitrogen-Carbon-Boron,the performance of wear resistance improves greatly,the friction coeffilient decreases almost two times.The pentration layer speciality of rigidity and lrisp mates it breakage of mold-character distartion,under the effect of friction-contiguity stress.
