Enterprise informationization has been paid more and more attention. It is important means to improve competitive advantages of enterprise. However, only a few enterprises have succeeded in their informationization. The major cause is that most enterprises neglect the risk and complexity of informationization and can not push on informationization step by step according to their reality. This paper discusses the opera-tional procedures of enterprise informationization with examples.
