摘要
本文介绍了采用氨气和酒精加二硫化碳混合气作气源,对45钢制玻璃马赛克成型模具进行离子硫氮碳共渗,提高了模具的表面硬度、耐磨性、回火稳定性和抗腐蚀性能,使模具使用寿命提高2~5倍。文章还探讨了提高该模具使用寿命的主要原因。
This paper deals with that the glass mosaic dies made of 45 steel has been ion sulphonitrocarburized using agent composed of ammonia, alcohol and carbon disulphide, and that the surface barduess, the wear resistance, the temper resistance and the corrosion resistance of dies thus treated have been improved. The service lives of the dies thus treated are raised to 2~5 times. The main reason of prolonging the service life of the dies has been studied.
