业务流程是为达到业务目标,业务领域中的一类过程和策略。描述业务流程的主要方法是建立可视化业务模型。本文介绍了《电子政务业务流程设计方法通用规范》标准中建模要素的组成以及相互间的关系,为软件开发人员与业务领域专家进行有效的交流提供规范化的建模方法。
Business process is a kind ofprocedure and method of business field designed forsome business purpose. The main way to describe thebusiness process is building visual business models. Inthis article, we introduce the compose of modelingelements and relationship among them which are usedin the standard of 褺usiness process design methodspecification for electronic government? In the baseof it, we recommend an effective modeling method forthe communication between software developers andbusiness experts.
