摘要
百色水利枢纽是郁江上游右江干流开发的龙头水库。原设计为2002年10月上旬截流,考虑到大坝工程施工工期偏紧,为减轻截流难度,降低施工强度,争取工程提前发挥效益。根据工程进展及承包商现有的生产能力等情况,对预截流的可行性进行了综合分析,并于2002年3月预截流成功,由于采用了预截流方案,“一汛”期间充分利用了右江汛期的枯水时间对大坝基础进行灌浆,同时也极大地缓解了“二枯”和“三枯”的施工强度。
The diversion-closure term of the Baise multi-purpose dam project was determined in October 2002 according to the original design. For lighting diversion-closure difficult, reducing construction intensity, winning over the project bring into benefit, the project pre-diversion-closure feasibility was analyzed comprehensively and made success in August 2003.
