摘要 通过考察硫化氢和硫醇对油品银片腐蚀性,认为硫化氢以及硫醇的协同作用是油品银片腐蚀不合格的主要原因。采用4种固体脱硫剂,在小型实验装置进行拔头油脱硫试验,试验对脱硫剂脱出拔头油中活性硫化物的性能进行考察,测定最大硫容量,试验结果表明,NK-4脱硫剂的脱硫效果最佳,它的最大硫容量(以纯硫的质量分数计)为17.6%,经反应温度和空速对吸附结果影响的考察,在反应温度为60℃,空速为6h^(-1)下,得到较好的脱硫效果。 Silver strip corrosion by hydrogen sulfide and thiol was investigated. The results show that thiol has no corrosion independently, but hydrogen sulfide and thiol mixed with other active sulfide have strong corrosion on silver strip. The results of caustic washing indicate that the active sulfides can be removed by base site and the silver strip corrosion can be decreased. The properties of desulfurizatiori from and maximum capacity of sulfur adsorption over four kinds of solid absorbents also were studied. The optimum desulfurization -absorbent NK - 4 is got. The maximum capacity of sulfur adsorption ( w (S)) is 17%. The influence of reaction temperature and time on the absorb - desulfurization were studied. The reaction conditions (60 ℃ , 6 h 1 ) are favorable of desulfurization.
