摘要
金属材料拉伸性能试验需要采用引伸计(即电阻应变式位移传感器)来测量金属试样的变形量,以计算出各种相关的机械性能参数,测试系统对试验用引伸计有相应的精度级别要求。该标定系统主要用于对拉伸试验用引伸计的性能参数测试和标定,通过对引伸计变形信号的数据采集、数据处理、误差分析和精度等级自动判定引伸计的级别。介绍了系统的硬件构成、工作原理,重点讨论了高精度放大器的设计、引伸计的标定系数计算、引伸计最大应变示值误差及分级、引伸计数据采集程序、窗口界面及各种功能控件的设计内容。该标定系统完全符合国家标准中的试验内容要求,能够在生产实际测量中广泛应用。
In the modern industry production, it is necessary to take different mechanical test for materials, and erichsen test of material needs tension- meter (displacement sensing device of resistance strain) to measure the transformation range of materials, in order to calculate out kinds of coherent mechanical character parameters. The test system is of the corresponding demand of accuracy class for the tension - meter. This standardization system is mainly used in testing and standardizing of the tension - meter in tension test. By means of doing data acquisition, data processing, error analysis and accuracy class for transformation signal of tension-meter, it can predicate automatically the class of tension - meter. Hardware construction and principle of work of the system were introduced, and the design of high degree of accuracy amplifier, standardization parameter calculation, maximum strain indicating error and classification, data acquisition program of the tension - meter, and the design of window interface and function button were discussed mainly. The system completely meets the national standards, and it can be widely adopted in actual product.
