WTO对高校图书馆外文文献采访的影响与对策

The impacts and countermeasures of foreign documents acquisition of university libraries with China' s entry into WTO

中国加入WTO后将逐步放开图书发行市场,世界一些图书发行公司将进入中国市场。这将会给高校图书馆的文献采访模式带来多方面的影响,尤其是外文文献的采访。文章分析了国外文献出版发行特点及中国加入WTO对高校图书馆外文文献采访的影响,并提出应对的策略与方法。

China' s markets of publication will be gradually opened to the outside world with China' s entry into WTO.Some foreign companies of publication will enter China' s markets for selling their publications.It will affect the conventional approaches to documents acquisition of university libraries,especially the foreign document acquisition.The characteristics and the status quo of foreign publications are illustrated.The impacts on foreign document acquisition of the university library with China' s entry into WTO are also discussed.Some countermeasures are presented at the end of this paper.
