高速钢的常规回火、低高温组合回火与氧氮共渗、五元共渗复合处理

摘要 本文研究了常规回火、低高温组合回火与氧氮共渗、五元共渗复合处理对M2高速钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,①与常规回火相比,低高温组合回火的机械性能(硬度、红硬性、冲击韧性、抗弯强度)及耐磨性能普遍提高,刀具耐用度提高;②与未渗的相比,氧氮共渗及五元共渗后。具有减磨的化合物层和高硬度的扩散层;③与氧氮共渗相比,五元共渗渗层厚度增加,具有更优越的表层使用性能和耐磨性能,刀具耐用度显著提高;④低高温组合回火加五元共渗是最佳的复合处理工艺,适宜在中小企业推广使用。 This paper deals with the influence of the combined treatment for M2 steel an microstructures and proerties. The results show that (1) the mechanical properties (hardness, red hardness, impact toughness, bending strength) and wear resistance by low-high temperature tempering are generally higher than that obtained with conventional tempering, so the durability of cutting tools is increased) (2) atfer oxynitri`ing or O-C-N-S-B penta cementation, the compound layer possesses antifriction and diffusion layer possesses higher hardness compared with that of uncementation; (3) compared with oxynitriding, the depth of diffusion layer and wear resistance are increased after treated with penta-cementation, thus the service life of cutting tools can be remarkably prolonged; (4 ) the combined process i. e. low-high temperature tempering and penta- cementation is the best technology and is suitable for medium and small factories.
