以学生为中心,构建新时期高校学生教育服务管理体系,必须做好以下重点层面的工作:全方位、多层次、有实效的思想道德教育;促进优良学风的形成;健康、文明、有序的宿舍文化建设;学生骨干队伍建设;心理指导;帮困助学;就业指导。

In the new historical period,it is imperative to establish the education,service and management system centering on college students.To this end,we ought to focus on the following aspects of work:(1)carrying out all-round,multi-level and effective moral eduacation;(2)promoting the formation of the fine study style;(3)attaching importance to the healthy,civilized and orderly dormitory culture building;(4)building up the contingent of core students;(5)strengthening psychological guidance;(6)helping students in straitened circumstances;(7)guiding students in employment.
