危重患者血清甲状腺激素与肿瘤坏死因子的动态变化

Changes of Serum Thyroid Hormone and Tumor Necrosis Factor in Severe Patients

目的 :探讨危重患者甲状腺激素与肿瘤坏死因子的动态变化。方法 :采用放射免疫法与酶联免疫吸附法测定 5 2例危重患者的血清甲状腺激素与肿瘤坏死因子的水平 ,与对照组及不同预后组间进行比较。结果 :危重患者的 TT3、TT4 、TF3低于对照组 ,且随着病情的加重甲状腺激素与 TSH均降低。肿瘤坏死因子高于对照组 ,随着病情的加重而增高。TT3与肿瘤坏死因子在危重患者早期具有显著性变化。结论 :监测

Objective:To explore the changes of thyroid hormone and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) in severe patients.Methods:Serum thyroid hormone and TNF in 52 severe patients were detected by radioimmunoassay and enzymoimmunoassay.The results were analyzed and compared with normal subjects.Results:TT 3,TT 4,FT 3 levels in severe patients were lower than that in normal subjects.As the situation became worse,thyroid hormone and TSH showed the lower levels and TNF showed the higher levels in severe patients as compared with normal subjects.TT 3 and TNF changed significantly in early period in severe patients.Conclusion:Detecting TT 3 and TNF is beneficial to the judgement of severe degree and the prognosis for this disease.
