遮流板对CMT内蒸汽凝结影响的实验

摘要 为了延缓CMT内饱和蒸汽在过冷液面的凝结率,在CMT上部安装了遮流板,并对加装遮流板后蒸汽的凝结特性进行了实验研究。通过与无遮流板实验结果的比较,发现遮流板减缓了蒸汽对近液面层的扰动,减少了热水层的厚度,缩短了系统压力平衡时间,使实验初期水表面凝结换热系数降低了76%~92%。遮流板的使用可以有效提高反应堆非能动注水系统的安全性。 In order to slow down saturated steam's condensing on the sub- cooled liquid, a sparger is added to CMT. This paper makes the experimental research on the condensing property of the steam after the sparger is added and makes comparison between this result and that of no sparger. It shows that sparger reduces the steam's interference to the liquid layer, lessens the thickness of the hot- water layer, shortens the time of pressure balancing of the system, and reduces the condensing transfer coefficient of the water to 76%~92% compared with the result at the beginning of the experiment. The use of sparger can improve the safety of the negative water- supply system efficiently.
