摘要
传统流程的铁矿粉烧结如何实现低消耗、低成本、优质、高产、高效率,是当前烧结生产面临的重大课题,针对烧结生产工序间相互衔接的复杂生产系统下难以确定烧结机操作优势区间控制的难点,建立基于工业总线烧结机操作区间控制系统,在线采集了烧结生产的一些关键工艺参数,并结合烧结生产的其它相关历史参数,用3σ剔除理论对参数进行处理,同时用μ分布检验确定烧结机操作的最佳优势区间,揭示烧结生产工艺参数与烧结指标的内在联系,实现烧结过程各参数的优化控制。
How to realize low-cost consume, high quality, high produce, high efficiency in traditional steel ore sintering industry, is an important task. In order to solve the actual questions in engineering, and aiming at the difficulty of fixing on sinter parameters range estimation, the system based on industry field-bus is established. The system can collect some key parameters. The data of history parameters is processed using 3δ theory, at the same time, the optimize-range can be estimated using t distributing theory. The system can post the internal relations between sinter target and sintering parameters and realize the optimize control of sintering process.
