摘要
目的 :研究人肺腺癌细胞系中小G蛋白Rho解离抑制因子α基因结构的改变。方法 :应用RT PCR扩增Rho解离抑制因子αcDNA ,并进行测序。结果 :在人肺腺癌细胞系AGZY 83α 中 ,除Rho解离抑制因子基因α存在外 ,还存在缺失型的Rho解离抑制因子αcDNA ,即在第 5个外显子有 78bp的缺失。结论 :在人肺腺癌细胞系AGZY 83α
Objective: Our aim was to investigate the genetic changes of small G protein Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor α in human lung adenocarcinoma cell line. Methods:Genomic cDNA of Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor α in human lung adenocarcinoma cell line was amplified with RT PCR, and the product was sequenced. Results:Small G protein Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor α mRNA and its deficiency type expressed in human lung adenocarcinoma cell line. The defieiency type was caused by a 78 bp deletion in the exon 5. Conclusion:There is a deletion mutation in exon of small G protein Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor α in human lung adenocarcinoma cell line.
