胰腺癌组织中survivin的表达及其与bcl-2和p53基因表达的相关性 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨细胞凋亡抑制基因survivin在胰腺癌组织中的表达 ,及其与p5 3和bcl 2基因表达的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组织化学S P法检测survivin ,p5 3,bcl 2基因在 4 6例胰腺癌组织中的表达。结果 :survivin基因在 4 6例胰腺癌组织中 ,31例表达阳性 ,占 6 7.4 % ;survivin基因表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位及病理分级无明显相关性 ;胰腺癌组织中p5 3基因阳性和阴性表达者中survivin基因表达阳性率分别为 81.5 % (2 2 / 2 7)及 4 7.4 % (9/2 9)两者比较 ,差异有显著性 ;bcl 2基因表达阳性和阴性者中survivin基因表达阳性率分别为 5 3.9% (7/ 13)和72 .7% (2 4 / 33)两者比较 ,差异无显著性。结论 :survivin基因在胰腺癌组织中存在异常表达上调 ,提示该基因可能参与了胰腺癌的发生与发展 ,survivin基因的表达与胰腺癌组织中p5 Objective: Our aim was to study the expression of survivin gene in pancreatic carcinoma and its relationship with the expression of p53 and bcl 2 genes. Methods: Using streptavidin biotin peroxidase(S P)method,we examined the expressions of survivin,p53,bcl 2 genes in 46 cases of pancreatic carcinoma. Results: Survivin gene expressed in 31 of 46 cases of pancreatic carcinomas. Overexpression of survivin was not related to age, sex, tumor location and histologic differentiation. Expression of survivin segregated with p53 positive tumors as compared with p53 negative cases(22 of 27, 81.5% versus 9 of 29, 47.4%)with statistical significance. In contrast, survivin gene expression did not correlate with bcl 2 abnormalities (7 of 13, 53.9% versus 24 of 33, 72.7%). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of survivin gene suggested that survivin may play a role in onset and progression of pancreatic carcinoma.
