儿童胫后神经体感诱发电位正常值的研究

Normal Values of Posterior Tibial Nerve-Somatosensory Evoked Potential in Children

目的 :检测儿童胫后神经体感诱发电位 (PTN SEP)正常值并分析其影响因素。方法 :检测 31例健康儿童PTN SEP ,分析各波峰潜伏期与身高、年龄、性别、左右肢体的关系。结果 :儿童PTN SEP峰潜伏期与身高、年龄均有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 1) ,而性别、左右肢体间差异无显著意义。结论 :儿童PTN SEP峰潜伏期与身高、年龄均显著相关 ,正确分析儿童体感诱发电位潜伏期 ,不仅要考虑身高 ,还要考虑年龄等其他因素的的影响。

Objective: The aims of this study were to obtain normal values of posterior tibial nerve somatosensory evoked potential (PTN SEP) in children and to analyze the factors affecting the values. Methods: The PTN SEP values were obtained in 31 healthy children, and the relations of latent period of wave crest to height,age,sex,and two sides of limbs were analyzed. Results: Latent period of wave crest was related to both height and age significantly (P<0.01), while there was no significant difference between sexes and two sides of limbs. Conclusion: Latent period of wave crest in children is significantly related to height and age. Correct analysis of latent period of SEP in children should be involved in some factors such as height and age.
