管理创新是企业进步的标志 ,也是企业发展壮大的源动力。本文主要介绍了江西铜业集团公司在管理创新方面的做法 ,探讨了其管理创新的经验 ,对于国有企业开展管理创新有一定的借鉴作用。
Innovative management is the symbol of enterprises process and the moving force of its olevelopment.The article is mainly about some measures concerning innovatine management done by Jiangxi Copper Industry Corp.,and its hand in experience in this field,which may work as a guidance for state ouned enterprises to launch innovatine management.
