摘要
通过分析改性煤系高岭土在橡胶中的补强作用及机理 ,研究了原料粒度、煅烧和改性剂配方对煤系高岭土表面改性效果的影响。高岭土粒度越小 ,与橡胶基体形成的界面层面积越大 ,补强效果越好。在同样的表面改性处理条件下 ,未煅烧煤系高岭土比煅烧高岭土的改性效果好 ,对橡胶的补强作用强。
The influence of particle size distribution of raw material,calcination and component of coupling agents on the surface modification of kaolin in coal measures have been investigated by analysing the modified kaolins bolstering up rubber and its acting mechanism.When its particle size diminished,kaolin can form more interface area with rubber matrix,so it has better bolstering improvement in rubber.Under the same conditions,uncalcined kaolin has better surface modification effect than calcined kaolin.Coupling agents properties and its dosage are important factors for the surface modification also.
