摘要
用表面改性剂对粉煤灰进行表面处理 ,制得橡胶填料 ,并测试该填料对橡胶的补强作用。实验表明 ,表面改性后的粉煤灰对橡胶具有较好的补强作用 ,可完全替代碳酸钙、碳酸镁做橡胶填料 ,起到较好的填充效果 ,用替代部分碳黑 ,可以减少碳黑的用量 。
The essay of a modified rubber filler on rubber was investigated.This filler was obtained by modifying the surfaced pulverized fly ash using coupling agent of organic titanate.The fillers strengthening effect on rubber was measured.The results medicate that the modified pulverized fly ash fillers reinforcing action was sterngthened.It can be used in place of Calcium carbonate or Magnesium Carbonate or pottery clay.and partially of Carbon black.so as to reduced the use level of carbon black and the cost of rubber.
