摘要
研究了在合金总量约4%的Cr-Mn合金中,碳对淬透性和耐磨性的影响。测定了不同含碳量合宜的CCT曲线,根据不同含碳量合金半冷却时间与硬度关系曲线,以及不同冷速下含碳量与硬度关系,确定含碳0.45~0.55%合金具有良好淬透性和淬硬性的综合。组织分析指出,0.45~0.55%C合金可在一定冷速范围获得M/B组织,从而提供了良好的综合性能。销盘磨损试验得出,小尺寸试样的耐磨性随含碳量增加而提高,而大尺寸工件,0.45~0.55%C合金可保证获得较高耐磨性。
The effect of carbon on hardenability and abrasive wear resistance in Cr-Mn low-alloy steel containing about 4% alloying element has been investigated in current paper. Experiments determied the CCT diagram of several alloys with different carbon content. According to the curves of relationship between half cooling time and hardness in alloys with various carbon content and hardness under different cooling rate, it is determined that the alloy containing 0.45~0.55% carbon has satisfactory hardenability and higher hardness. Microstructure analysis indicates that the alloy containing 0.45~0.55% carbon can get mixed microstructure of martensite and bainite under certain cooling rate to provide comprehensive properties. From pin-disk wear test it is obtained that for specimen of small size wear resistance increases with carbon content, but for parts of large size, alloy containing 0.45~0.55% carbon can get better wear resistance.
