摘要
文章通过对安徽省芜湖市农业产业化促进剩余劳动力转移的实证研究,分析农业产业化的不同模式对农村剩余劳动力转移的作用机制,探求以农业产业化促进剩余劳动力转移的地域模式,为农村经济发展及剩余劳动力转移提供新的思路。
Based on the case study in Wuhu city, Anhui province, this paper analyzes the shift mechanism of rural surplus labors prompted by different model of agricultural industrialization, and seeks regional shift models of rural surplus labors in view of agricultural industrialization. Besides, it puts forward some suggestions on the economical development in rural areas and the shift of rural surplus labors.
