导洞法施工引起地表与洞内开裂的原因及治理 被引量:5

摘要 内昆线曾家坪 1#隧道三线进口段采用双侧壁导洞法施工 ,由于隧道埋深浅、且处于断层影响带中 ,围岩为自稳力极差的岩堆体 ,仅在小断面的左右导洞 1、2部施工时 ,地表就出现了裂缝、错台 ,洞室支护结构发生大变位 ,喷混凝土环向开裂 ,严重影响了后续隧道的施工安全。文章介绍了左右导洞的施工和支护概况 ,分析了开裂原因 。 Excavation with lateral pilots was adopted for the 3-track entrance section of Zengjiaping No.1 tunnel on Neijiang~Kunming railway. Due to the shallow overburden, influence of the fault zone and unstable rock debris, when the excavation of the lateral pilots was carried out even with small cross sections, cracks occurred on ground surface, tunnel support deformed severely and circumferential cracks occurred in the shotcreting layers, which severely affected the safety of the following tunnel construction. This article briefly describes the construction of the left and right side pilots, analyses the reasons of cracks, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimized construction.
