摘要 低硅铁尾矿是一种利用率极低的矿业固体废物。在已经成功地按水泥∶粉煤灰∶尾砂 =2 5∶10∶65、水灰比为 8%的配方 ,利用程潮铁矿低硅铁尾矿研制出彩色路面砖的基础上 ,探讨了多种外加剂对路面砖制品性能的影响 ,获得了较好的增强效果 ,并得出了其增强效果依次为FN >TNC >TN >TB >TH的结论 ,有助于低硅铁尾矿的开发利用。 Low silicon iron tailings are a mine solid waste with very low utilization rate. Coloured bricks for pavement were successfully produced from Chengchao Iron Mine's low silicon tailings with a ratio of cement∶ coal ash∶ tailings being 25∶10∶65 and a water solid ratio of 8%. On this basis, the effect of several additives on the performances of road pavement bricks was studied. Good strenthening effect was achieved, with a strenthening effect sequence of FN>TNC>TN>TB>TH. It is helpful for the exploitation of low silicon iron tailings.
