我国金属矿产资源可持续利用的问题与对策

Problems in Sustainable Utilization of China's Metal Mineral Resources and Correspondent Measures

分析了金属矿产资源的特点和金属矿产资源与可持续发展的关系 ,针对我国金属矿产可持续利用中存在的问题和金属矿产资源的可回收性、开发利用的风险性及受经济技术条件制约性强的特点 ,提出解决问题的对策。认为要促进金属矿产资源的可持续利用 ,不仅要依靠制度创新 ,而且要依靠技术创新 。

The characteristics of metal mineral resources and their relationship with sustainable development are analysed. In light of the problems in the sustainable utilization of metal mineral resources, their recoverability, the risk in their exploitation and utilization and the characteristic of strong restriction by economic and technical conditions, the correspondent measures are suggested. It is considered that the sustainable utilization of metal mineral resources will depent on not only system innovation but also technical innovation. It is suggested that foreign mineral resource should be made an utmost use and comprehensive recovery and utilization should be done by relying on scientific and technological advance.
