摘要
为研究煤矸石回填的工程特性 ,针对煤矸石颗粒级配特性 ,研制了一套适宜于煤矸石工程特性的室内击实试验装置。选取具有代表性的洗选和掘进两种煤矸石进行了不同含水量的击实试验 ,所获数据较为理想 ,通过分析计算确定其矸石压实最佳含水量和最大干容重 ,并得出用此试验装置进行煤矸石击实试验 ,其最佳击实次数为 40~ 5
A set of indoor impaction test device suitable for the engineering characteristics of coal refuse was deve loped in light of the gradation characteristics of coal refuse for the study on the engineering characteristics of coal refuse in back filling. Two representatice samples of coal refuses produced in coal washing and in drivage were selected for the impaction test under different moisture contents, from which the data gained were comparatively ideal. The best moisture content and maxium dry volume weight were determined by analysis and calculation. It was concluded that the optimum impaction number of times was 40~ 50 for this device in coal refuse impaction test.
