摘要
从结构设计和载荷分布等方面对牙轮钻头变曲率滚子轴承进行了初步的理论研究。结果表明 ,载荷在承载滚子之间的分布更趋均匀 ,变曲率结构较常规结构的峰值接触应力要低 ,可以提高滚动轴承的接触疲劳寿命。
From the aspects of structure design and load distribution etc, this paper executes some theoretical research onto the variable curvature roller bearing used in rock-bit. The results show that, by distributing load between the rollers more smoothly, the maximum contact stress in variable curvature structure is lower than in the conventional structure, which can increase contact fatigue life of rolling bearing.
