摘要
本文分析了合金元素对铁素体溶碳能力的影响。通过计算和验证表明,合金铁素体的溶碳能力可以超过传统概念中的含量,高速钢中合金铁素体对碳的固溶度可达0.15%左右,从而为低温渗碳提供了理论依据。高速钢刀具采用低温渗碳可提高使用寿命1~3倍。
This paper deals with the effect of alloy elements on the solubility of car(?)on in ferrite and shows that solubility is greater than that considered by the traditioal conception. The results of calculating and experimenting indicate that the solubility of carbon in alloyed ferrite matrix of high speed steel can reach about 0.15%. It offers the theoretical proof for the low temperature carburizing. By this method, the service life of high speed steel cu(?)er can be prolonged for 1~3 times.
