贡川壮族纱纸的考察研究

A Technology-Anthropology Research on the Gauze Paper of the Zhuang Nationality in Gongchuan

采用人类学田野调查的方法,对广西壮族一项面临失传的技术———广西贡川纱纸生产的工艺操作、工艺技艺、纸药及烤炉(裱纸工具)的制作等进行详细的科技史描述,以记录这一壮族人民的智慧,抢救这种文化传统;将田野资料进行比较研究,以展示纱纸工艺在现代的变迁;透过对其环境和经济的描述,发现壮族的纱纸工艺与环境密切相关,并由技术衍生出一套相应的文化,最终达到透过传统工艺来了解壮族社会深层次的结构的目的。

This thesis treats the gauze paper of the Zhuang nationality in Gongchuan of Guangxi,with the technology and culture of gauze paper as its main subject.On the basis of anthropological fieldwork,the thesis describes in great detail the technological process of the production of Zhuang people's gauze paper and the preparation of paper drug,as well as the oven for mounting paper,in the light of the history of science and technology in Gongchuan,so as to record the knowledge of the Zhuangs and rescue their traditional culture.Moreover,by way of making a comparative study of firsthand materials from fieldwork,the thesis also shows the changes in the craft for gauze paper.Finally,through depicting the environment,economy and culture of Gongchuan,it is found that the gauze paper craft is closely connected with the environment,and that a related culture can be derived from the craft,thus achieving the goal of looking upon a certain community through the point of technology as well.Based on anthropological fieldwork,the author attempts to inventigate the society of Zhuang nationality from another angle,thus presenting a case of technology and anthropology with which to have a dialogue with other related studies.
