根据IGBT门极驱动电路的特点,分析了光电隔离驱动模块HCPL316J的工作原理和特性;给出与微处理器接口的电路和试验。结果表明,该电路灵活、可靠。

According to the characters of gate drive circuits for IGBT,the operation principle and features of the optocouple HCPL316J are analyzed.The interface circuits with microprocessor and experimental results are given.It is shown that the circuits are flexible and credible.
