摘要
运用谐振电路原理,设计出一种用于脉冲变压器高电压、大电流脉冲开关RSD(ReverselySwitchedDynis tor)的触发电路。重点设计了控制触发的脉冲变压器;分析并讨论了触发电路的输出波形。经实验验证了该方案的正确性和选择元件参数的合理性。
In this paper,the principle of resonant circuits was applied to design the trigger circuits for a high voltage and great current pulse switch RSD (Reversely Switching Dynistor).The design of the pulse transformer which controlles the trigger was emphasized.The circuit experiment waveforms with trigger loop are analyzed and discussed.Experiment results verify correctness of the schemes and reasonableness of choosing element parameter.
