On Unit Confession

单位自首包括一般自首、准自首和特别自首。不同类型的单位自首,其成立条件也不同。司法实践中,应注意单位意志的认定、单位自首与个人自首的区别,以及单位自首的处罚。

The unit confession includes general confession, quasi confession and special confession. Different confession has different conditions. Several aspects should be regarded in judicial practice such as the confirmation of unit purpose, the distinction between confession of the unit and individual confession, and the punishment for unit confession.
