论外资准入自由化趋势下发展中国家的应对

Response of Developing Countries to the Trend of Free Entry of Foreign Capital

我国为了顺应WTO及其框架下的TRIMs协议的要求,对部分外资法进行了修改。但我们必须明确的是这种自由化不是绝对的,也未上升到国际习惯法的高度,发展中国家应立足本国国情,积极应对。

With conformance to the requirement of WTO and TRIMs in WTO framework, China has amended part of the foreign capital laws. However, we should recognize that the trend of free entry is not absolute, and has not become international custom. The developing countries should actively respond to the trend based upon the situation of them.
