Framework of Interior Supervision and Restriction Mechanism of Procuratorate

检察院内部监督制约机制不宜设立一个全新的专门监督机构,而应在科学化的内部职能部门设置和完善内部管理体制的前提下,创建一个以内设监察部门为监督制约主体,以职能部门内部、职能部门之间、上级检察院及职能部门与下级检察院及职能部门之间相互制约的内部监督制约机制工作系统。

It is improper to newly establish a special supervisory division within interior supervision and restriction mechanism of procuratorate. An interior supervision and restriction mechanism working system should be established in the precondition of rational arrangement of interior functional division and complete interior administration system. The subject of the working system should be an interior supervisory organ, and the supervision responsibility contains mutual supervision and restriction inside the functional division, between the functional divisions, between superior procuratorate and its functional divisions and inferior ones.
