型号研制中的产品保证策略研究

Study on the tactics of product assurance in weaponry design and development

依据现代质量管理学理论和系统工程原理,探讨了型号研制中的产品保证策略、产品保证的技术领域及其相互关系,提出了基于项目管理要求的产品保证组织体系,结合高新工程项目研制的实践给出了开展产品保证工作的相关结论。

Based on the up-to-date theory of quality management and systems engineering,this paper has discussed the product assurance tactics for weaponry design and development,the technological realms in product assurance and their correlation,and has put forward an organizational system for product assurance in accord with project management requirements.On the basis of the experience in the design and development of high-tech weaponry projects,the author has reached relevant conclusions as how to implement product assurance.
