Model of Capital Management of Enterprise Group under Network Environment

资金集中管理模式是目前大中型企业集团在资金管理上通常所采取的模式,资金的集中管理模式主要包括內部银行、结算中心和财务公司模式。在理论分析的基础上,提出了在网络财务环境下,基于资金集中管理模式的资金管理信息系统的目标和功能模块设计,并进行了应用案例分析。

; Centralized - control of capital is adopted by most of the enterprise group, which include inner banks, settlement centers and financial companies. This paper, on the basis of theoretical analysis, puts forward the objective and functional modules of the capital management information system based on centralized -control model under network environment. A case is studied in the end.
